Cash gifting FAQ

What is Cash Gifting?

Private cash gifting is a concept adopted by private groups of individuals and has been available for a long time.  This type of activity does not necessitate MLM, MLM (network marketing), or a business or commercial activity.  No securities, business transactions and/or investments a part of this action.

The gifting of property is a Essential right for people living in many lands including citizens of America and Canada and it is due to this that the private giving idea was founded, and controlled by rules and regulations laid down by the laws. The U.S. giving rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511.

According to laws of the land, there is no tax liability to either the giver or the receiver of a gift as long as it does not surpass 000 in a calendar year because the giver has previously paid taxation on all earnings.  These gifts are not included in the gross income of the recipient.

Do you see this as a pyramid?

No!  A pyramid is related with an investment system, a business or a company.  This is not a company; it is a private sharing club.  We have zero sales quotas; we do not sell positions and do not have an extending base to the system that keeps on going.  In pyramid, it is not allowed to have someone from the bottom to reach the top.  Everyone gives the same gifts, works together and receive the same gift in return.  Only those on top earn in a pyramid while those below suffers.  People can lose their money in a pyramid.

Pyramid should not be confused with “Network Marketing”.  Even though Network Marketing is a practical source of income, when was the last time you, or anyone you know able to start at the bottom of the company and reach the top position?  NO ONE!  We are not a networking company or a pyramid scheme.

What created this concept?

Giving exclusive gift is considered to be an expression of kindness that has been done for centuries.  Closely similar to the traditional “Barn Raising” where the whole town would join to help a family in need.  The power of unity in helping each other can create miracles!  Governments have allowed its practice for individuals to share what they have to families, friends and others.  It has been a means of helping and blessing others on special occasions or when the need arises.

Many cultures gift as a matter of course.  Asian, Jewish and South American communities gift individuals within their culture on a regular basis so that they may start a business or buy a home.  In return, they give gift to someone to have development in their lives.  Habitat for Humanity is a great example of private gifting.  Everyone participates with their time, their talents and materials to build a house for those in need.  Some participate with materials, food and money to purchase the supplies, but all create a team that works together to bless someone’s life.  Ever see “Extreme Makeover?”

Do you know How Cash Gifting Work?

This activity is offered by a one-to-one invitation.  When the invitation has been accepted, they proceed to a process of giving and receiving.  There is no fixed hierarchy of individuals in this activity who have an advantageous position over another participant.

Who could participate?

As mentioned above, this is a private sharing group, and is only offered through an exclusive one-on-one invitation to someone over 18 years of age. You are invited to expand your knowledge about the activity and become part of something extraordinary.  Your location does not matter with our revolutionary program!

Each one of us can do this.  Whatever your status in life is, doesn’t matter, the program helps you earn some cash

Is this a company?

This is not a company.  We are individuals and we give “Gifts” to one another.  We are neither an investment nor a business.  A company can’t withhold or misplace our gift.  We are totally in control and in charge of our own gifts and give the gift to each other.

How can someone give to a stranger?

How many times have you given to charities?  You have no idea who got your gift.  The only difference here is that this person will start out as a stranger, but you will get to know them as part of the team, work with them and perhaps develop new friendships.  We have met some important people and have created friendship to people around the world with cash gifting.  These people are giving, they like team dynamics - they are people whom we want to meet and be a special people in our life, we call friends.

Does the law approve it? Does it follow the law?

Certainly.  People and groups internationally have participated in organized gifting for over 300 years.  Law approved that it is allowed for individuals to exchange gifts.  In the United States there are Rights that protects a private citizen to earn, pay taxes and give away property and cash as long as it is not illegal or it does not break the law.
